THE PERKS
You're receiving the entire Addie Eshelman Photography experience, and Becca's fee is $500 less. We'll work together through your entire planning process to make sure your day is photographed flawlessly.
Your florist, caterer, and other vendors are likely taking on more than one wedding couple a day...Becca makes it possible for me to do the same, and provide the AEP wedding experience to more than one bride and groom per date!
Wedding Advice
Both Beccca + Addie are here as a resource beyond photography—whether you're looking for engagement session outfit recommendations, timeline advice, or vendor referrals.
Even if you're working with a wedding planner or you're planning a simple wedding, there are likely still a lot of moving pieces left leading up to your big day. We've photographed more than 150 weddings in the past few years and We're happy to share anything and everything we can!
Engagement Session
We're a big fan of engagement sessions for a few reasons. Not only do they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera, they also give you the opportunity to showcase your personality in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you.
Engagement sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. It's a way for you to get comfortable in front of the camera, and get a feel for what to expect on the wedding day. We normally plan sessions based on a particular “look” a couple has in mind, spring flowers for example, or based on schedules.
Wedding Day Prep
We'll check-in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.
While we normally don't send this questionnaire until closer to the wedding, please don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions during the planning process! We're always happy to set up a time to grab a drink (coffee or wine, your choice!) and chat through your all your details prior to the wedding!
The Big Day
Becca will be your cheerleader all day long.
She’ll be smiling ear to ear throughout your vows, I'll probably shed a tear during your parent dances.
Her heart will swell along with your guests during heartfelt reception toasts.
Photo Delivery
Within a few days of your wedding celebration, you'll get a sneak peek of your images edited by Addie. Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 4-5 weeks. You will receive an email with a custom gallery link where you're able to view and download all your fully edited, high resolution files.
We hope the relationship doesn't end after we deliver your photographs. We want to hear about the adventures of married life. And if you decide to have kids, we'd love to document your growing family. We adore watching marriages grow and thrive throughout the years!
WE LOVE YOUR WORK AND WE’RE READY TO BOOK! WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?
Wonderful! To reserve your wedding date, I’ll need a completed contract and a $750 non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let me know and I’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be split into three payments.
HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE TYPICALLY INCLUDED AND CAN WE PRINT THE PHOTOS OURSELVES?
Galleries usually include anywhere between 600 and 800 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding depending on the amount of coverage and flow of the day. Your online gallery will come with fully edited, high resolution images ready to be downloaded. You can print them anywhere.
When do you charge travel fees?
I typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 70 mile radius from my home in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Fees vary depending on location so ask for more details.
WE'RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA...WILL OUR PHOTOS STILL LOOK GREAT?
Most couples aren't photographed together a whole ton before their engagement + wedding season. It's a totally new thing, so you're not the first feeling this way! It’s my job to ensure that you enjoy your experience, look your absolute best and have fun in the process!
